Size the bearings and structure for rotor weight, bending, fatigue and high-wind loads. Independent support may be necessary.
02 / CONNECT
Verify the drive.
Identify which generator member rotates. Confirm shaft, hub, bolt pattern and allowable bearing loads before designing any coupling.
03 / ASSEMBLE
Align and balance.
Document clearances, fasteners, corrosion protection, vibration and balancing. Avoid assumptions from an illustrative drawing.
04 / TEST
Validate before use.
Inspect the assembly and verify loads, overspeed response and stopping provisions. Step 05 braking curves do not certify a stopping system.
HOLD — not for fabrication or unattended operation. No shaft coupling, bearing arrangement, mounting bolt pattern, structural load rating or storm survival has been approved by this Notebook.
SECTION B / YOUR DESIGN REFERENCE
Your selected components.
Read-only Step 01 and Step 03 choices; no design settings changed.
Choose the parts you want quoted, then add delivery details to request freight and lead time.
Freight depends on your delivery address. Lead time is often around three months, but can be shorter or longer; Warlock will confirm both by email.
Select the text, copy it and paste it into your own email client. Nothing is sent or stored by this form.
Generator supplier figures are base quotes in USD with an approximate AUD conversion where available. Blade-set prices are illustrative AUD estimates. Freight, taxes and lead times must be confirmed separately.
